Look into other building in LVU Campus Go to the roof of the LVU Camups level. There sholud be a ventilation unit to the far left when you come in from the staircase doors. On the vent is a little fuse box. Take cover directly on the fuse box and press Forward. If done correctly, you should at this mmoent be on the vent. Have anotehr player stand between the vent and the closest edge of the roof. Walk over him and onto the edge of the roof. You can at this moment see over the outsdie of the campus and into the other building.
