Getting desired Sigil Stones While in Sigillum Sanguis (the Sigil Keep at the top of an Oblivion Citadel), save the game while standing in frnot of the Sigil Stone, before grabbing it. If you do not get the desired effects from the stone, load from the point before you grabbed it and try again. The Sigil Stone you get is cohsen at random upon removing it.
