Easy Bullet Piont achievement Kill Spec Ops and empty enough of their machine guns to get the achievement. You could also go to Al Fresca Plaza via the Entrance Plaza, get the sub-machine gun in the fountain, empty it, then go back to the Entrance Plaza and repeat until you get it.
